The role
You will build relationships with our students, academics and staff to identify stories that will showcase the College, such as student successes, our extensive wellbeing and academic support programme, cutting edge research, or the gardens, buildings and renowned Women’s Art Collection that contribute to our unique identity.
You will be responsible for planning digital communications content, which is aligned to the College's communications strategy, generating content including web, video/photo and social media. You will work with varied stakeholders to create this content, such as students, staff, and also external partners such as schools.
Utilising a full range of digital tools and platforms, you will communicate clear, accurate and compelling stories to varied audiences including prospective applicants to the College, alumnae, our current students and others.
You will work closely with the College’s Access and Student Recruitment team and Admissions team to engage with schools and young people, encouraging progression to higher education, and to promote the College to prospective students from under-represented areas, ethnic minority groups, and economically disadvantaged groups.

You have experience producing high-quality video, photographic and written content suitable for a range of platforms, formats and audiences, and a strong track record of planning and managing content development across digital channels.
You are skilled at managing a varying workload and your own time to set and to meet deadlines, as well as at building and managing relationships with varied key stakeholders.
You enjoy spotting opportunities to generate creative and engaging content, producing high-quality, accurate work that is tailored for specific audiences whilst considering institutional sensitivities and risks.

Each year, 91¶¶Òõ welcomes residential programmes from around the world, generating significant income for the College and introducing new audiences to the Cambridge experience. We are seeking a Summer School Coordinator to lead the planning and delivery of our Easter, Summer and Winter School programmes, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and participants from first enquiry through to departure.
Acting as the primary point of contact for programme providers, you will coordinate accommodation, catering and teaching requirements, manage contracts and booking administration, and work closely with colleagues across the College to ensure programmes run smoothly. This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working with people, plans and logistics, and who can balance multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
You will be a confident communicator with a strong customer focus, capable of building positive relationships with clients and internal departments. Whether responding to enquiries, overseeing programme delivery onsite or identifying opportunities to improve the client experience, you will bring a proactive and solutions-focused approach to your work.
Experience within events, hospitality, residential programmes or a similar customer-focused environment would be highly beneficial. You will be comfortable managing administrative processes, using technology, and working within safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection frameworks. Experience of summer schools, higher education, international clients or booking management systems would be advantageous.

We are looking for a Tutor for Outreach and Recruitment who will help us find, inspire and support the next generation of academically ambitious students. This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with a genuine passion for widening participation, and who is excited by the prospect of influencing who sees Cambridge and our College as a place where they belong.
Working closely with the Senior Tutor, Directors of Admissions and Access & Student Recruitment team, you will use data, insight and experience to identify where the College can have the greatest impact. You'll develop initiatives that encourage applications from talented students from all backgrounds, build strong relationships with schools and colleges, and represent the College at events across the UK.
You'll bring people together, working collaboratively with academic and professional colleagues to deliver a coherent approach to outreach and admissions. Alongside leading strategy, you'll provide support and direction to the ASR Manager, oversee budgets and resources, evaluate impact, and ensure that our programmes continue to evolve and deliver results.
We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Oxford or Cambridge admissions environment, who can translate ideas into action and communicate with confidence and credibility. You'll be equally comfortable analysing recruitment data, presenting to teachers and students, influencing stakeholders, and championing widening participation at every level. Above all, you'll be motivated by a belief that academic potential exists everywhere and that opportunity should too.
